The purpose of Row Chabot Inc. is to encourage East Bay residents, in particular those residing in the Southern Alameda County area surrounding Lake Chabot, to participate in skulling and sweep rowing programs by providing instruction and access to equipment at Row Chabot Marina.

By providing non-exclusive access to healthful recreational boating activities, while preserving the natural resources of the parklands for the future generations that will continue to enjoy them. This is being accomplished by the efforts of community members who are willing to contribute their time and expertise to jump-start these exciting programs.

Row Chabot Inc. in a non-profit 501(C)3 organization whose highly qualified Board of Directors is comprised of residents of the communities surrounding Row Chabot.
